Engage with visitors as you sell raffle tickets for prizes donated by artists. Square is used to process payments. Familiarity with Square is not a prerequisite. Standing for the duration of this position is ideal, not required

Meet artists. Pull a small cart between artist booths and ask for donations to the Raffle. Fill out a donation form with the artist and bag their donated items before taking them to raffle booth.  Some walking required.

Booth sitters watch over the merchandise within a booth while the artist takes a break. A great way to get a good look at what’s for sale. Sitters must walk around the market so that artists can flag them down. Walking is required.

We try to improve every year. We offer a raffle ticket for those who do a survey. Survey results are valuable for future grant requests as well. Being proactive asking visitors to fill out the survey is required.  Sitting is available.

The Ki:Him (village) is where visitors see artist demonstrations, create their own art pieces, learn to hoop dance, or hear traditional stories. Being proactive asking visitors to fill out the survey. Walking required.

Do you have a driver’s license and are you a careful driver? Our cart drivers assist artists by transporting their merchandise to and from booth locations and assisting visitors with rides from the parking lot during the market.

We ensure a safe environment for all attendees. We employ paid security and off-duty Police, but we still need a few people to be our eyes and ears throughout the market. Standing and walking is required.

If you have basic first aid and CPR training, this position is for you. Sitting and infrequent standing is required. Current certifications must be provided upon request.

We provide snacks and drinks for our artists, performers and volunteers. Work entails making large pots of coffee, providing snacks, AND restocking water bottles, etc. Standing and some lifting is required (chairs are available)

We have several young artists that are just starting out.  We place them in a special area and assist them in setting up their booths. If you would like to help our newest artists, this area is for you. Walking and standing are required.

Each artist checks in and receives a packet of information with booth assignment. Work entails assembly of artists packets. Requires standing, directing the artists to booths, and cart driving to assist artists.

Many of our artists travel long distances to be here. The evening before we offer a pot-luck meal and fellowship for any artists or volunteers who would like to join us. Help us to up the room and then clean up after the event.

We have lots of room to park people, but need to direct them as our lots fill up. If you enjoy telling people what to do (just kidding) - if you enjoy directing people (we even give you flags), this position is for you.  Standing and walking are required.
